Clara Additional Concepts

Do you just copy and paste the character pose and
draw different costumes on each copy or do you
draw the same pose multiple times by hand?
 I always see concept sketches where there are
copies of the charater in the same pose and each of the
copies look perfectly alike save for different clothing, and
I can NEVER draw the same pose to look identical.
